What a week it's been and it's only Wednesday!!! Jonathan has had cross country practice twice a day. He is doing very well but I am a little concerned that he has been using his inhaler everyday. He asked me if he has asthma and I don't know! The Dr hasn't said that. He just started having trouble breathing when he started running and the Dr gave him the inhaler. That was all that was ever said.
Tuesday we took Katie to Derby to shop with Steve's parents for her school supplies and Jonathan and I went into Wichita to get his running gear and jeans at Hollister. When we picked Katie up she was SO ANGRY at Steve's parents! I wish they could just focus on her when she's with them but it always ends up being about them and their trips and money.
It's too bad for them because Katie doesn't even want to see them until Thanksgiving now.
This morning Katie really wanted to try walking with me to Island Park so we left at 7:00 and just as we had made it to the back of the park, it really started to rain. We waited under a pavilion for a while but decided to head home after 15 minutes of waiting. Needless to say we were drenched when we arrived home. SO,Katie wanted potato soup for lunch and that's what we made. Tonight I made crepes for the 1st time and LOVED them!
Hopefully the rain will move out and we can have a nice weekend. I have to attend a funeral Saturday morning for my neighbor Mrs. Neal.
Other than that, no plans other that shopping for a backpack for Katie.

Very Busy weekend.
Friday started a very busy weekend and it's just now slowing down. Jonathan and Katie went to the basketball game and I was home with both dogs. I wasn't worried about them but I didn't really know what to do on my own. Jonathan brought Katie home around 9:15 and we just relaxed until bed time.
Saturday morning we went to Wichita to pink up a XBOX 360 game for Jonathan that I had seen on craigslist. Our 1st purchase this way but it worked out GREAT! I only paid 1/3 of the cost and the game as in new condition.
Then we went and shopped at Town East for a while. Jonathan & Katie BOTH bought outfits at Hollisters!!! They're not babies anymore. After lunch we made Jonathan suffer through the scrapbook store in Derby them we came home.
Jonathan wasn't even in the house 5 minutes before he left to drive the hotrod around town with his friend Andrew.
I think Katie is really getting run down and has been fighting getting ill all week. I've kept her inside working on her book share for school.
This week I want to get ALL of my scrapbooking supplies and photo's organized! Then Katie and I will have a spot to scrapbook in and not have to make room somewhere and drag everything out.
Once I get this COMPLETELY finished, I am ordering myself the new Cannon Rebel camera.
I have wanted this camera for so long. When the kids are on stage, singing, playing in symphony, dancing, TKD, etc , I have not ever been happy with the quality of pictures I've taken.
My goal is to have the camera by Viking on Broadway in March and be able to get some great pics.
I'd better get back to laundry and I need to vacuum since Steve just got up.
